Luminaires

Luminaires are sculptural and functional assemblages of natural materials, with each piece possessing it's own internal light source. They are an integral part of illumination and one of the key elements used in sanctuary creation.

Single pendants, sconces and multi-pendant chandeliers range from classic shapes to organic wabi sabi forms. Black bamboo, wood and Japanese papers are transformed into elegant designs. Additions of draped petals, encaustic medallions, and tumbled glass are signature details of the artist.

Morton's aesthetic includes inspiration drawn from ancient symbolism to reoccurring patterns in nature.
